ABOUT BLUE CYPRESS LAKE & FISH CAMP

Blue Cypress Lake, the largest lake in Indian River County, is a ten square mile naturalist and fisherman's paradise. As the origin of the St. John's River, the lake is abundant with wildlife including bass, (delicious) catfish, alligators, ospreys and of course, majestic cypress trees. The lake is known as a premiere location in Florida for largemouth bass fishing.

Blue Cypress Fish Camp is a small village of waterfront lots and homes on the western side of Blue Cypress Lake. While it feels worlds away, the village is just 20 miles west of the conveniences of Vero Beach, a charming seaside community on Florida's Treasure Coast.

Middleton's Fish Camp, adjacent to the county boat ramp within Blue Cypress Fish Camp, offers a community bait and tackle shop and options for tent or cabin camping by the lake.

ABOUT US
Charlotte Terry, Associate Broker

Charlotte is, as they say, "connected" - to everyone and every place, from the Environmental Learning Center to Saint Edward's School, where both her children graduated. Charlotte knows Florida and real estate. She is a fourth generation Floridian and has lived in Vero Beach for over 50 years. Her family moved to Vero Beach from Jacksonville, Florida in 1966. After twenty years of owning her own company, Charlotte Terry Real Estate, Inc., Charlotte merged her company with Alex MacWilliam Real Estate, Inc. in 2009.

Kate grew up in Vero Beach, graduated from Saint Edward's School, and went on to UNC Chapel Hill where she received a B.A. in Public Relations and Advertising. She then moved to San Francisco where she managed and grew a successful advertising sales program for an educational technology start-up. In this role, she learned the ins and outs of digital marketing and strategies for making her clients’ brands stand out – skills that have translated well to marketing real estate in Vero’s competitive market! Kate moved back to her beloved hometown in 2017 and joined the Charlotte Terry Group to pursue her career in real estate. She is passionate about the Vero way of life, and knows you will be too!
